I’m going online for everything now days. To check out the menus from local restaurants to comparing features of some new gadget. Even today, a client asked the crew if any of us had heard of windproof undergarments that his daughter requested as a gift to wear under sweater dresses. The first thing we all did was whip out our phones and iPads to see if such thing existed. And by the way, it does.
Having an online presence today is really important for your business. Yet, I still meet small business owners who are don’t have a website or participate in any Social Media site. I think they are missing a huge marketing opportunity and may get left behind in the dust by their online competition.
So how does video play into that? Well, think of video like a window into your business. It gives your customer an opportunity to do some good old fashion window shopping. Just as Department stores dress up their windows to attract customers and draw them in, video can play the same role on your website.
